Hello Y7! We had a good lesson today on how we are going to address the problems of traffic in urban areas. We all thought that the answer will lie in restricting private car usage rather than making improvements to cope with an increasing number of cars.
In London, they have designed a system which aims to restrict private car use in the central part of the city. This scheme has many advantages, but also some disadvantages.
